Job summary

DICETEK LLC in Dubai seeks a Senior IT Project Manager for Retail Banking & Regulatory Transformation to lead end-to-end IT project delivery from initiation through closure. You will manage budgets, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time, compliant project outcomes.

The role requires 8–10 years of experience in large-scale IT projects within banking environments, with a strong focus on regulatory initiatives and retail banking channels.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT project delivery experience.
• End-to-end project lifecycle management is required.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders, including Business, Technology, Risk and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT project delivery from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, deliverables and resources.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, actions and change requests with escalation when needed.
• Handle project budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), forecasts, spend, commitments and variances.
• Coordinate with Business, Technology, Information Security, Risk, Compliance and Operations teams.
• Ensure adherence to Bank governance, technology, security, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendors and implementation partners, track deliverables and timelines.
• Prepare and present project status reports (RAG), milestones and path-to-green actions.
• Coordinate testing, implementation readiness, production deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Ensure project documentation, approvals, handover and closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT project delivery from initiation and planning through implementation, go-live, stabilization, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
• Manage project budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, forecasts, actual spend, commitments, and financial variances.
• Coordinate across Business, Technology, Information Security, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects follow the Bank’s project governance, technology, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage vendors and implementation partners, tracking deliverables, timelines, and contractual commitments.
• Prepare and present project status reports, RAG status, key milestones, risks, dependencies, and path-to-green actions to management.
• Coordinate testing, implementation readiness, production deployment, and post-go-live activities with relevant teams.
• Ensure proper project documentation, governance approvals, handover, and project closure.
