Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment invites you to join Real Madrid World as Technical Supervisor - Technical Services (Carpentry). In this role you’ll lead maintenance and troubleshooting for carpentry-based attractions, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently across the Dubai parks.

You will perform preventive checks, document all works, and assist in fault finding to return rides to service quickly. You will also order spare parts, train staff, manage safety procedures, and handle

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in technical troubleshooting and maintenance execution.
Registered technical Diploma or Degree from a reliable school.
Certifications of further studies or educational upgrades.
Profound mechanical and/or electric‑electronic knowledge.
Understanding/ Managing processes and documentation.
Heavy / Light, vehicle and equipment licenses.

Responsibilities

Maximize operationality for all equipment within the parks.
Assist in periodic checks and preventive maintenance on rides and playgrounds.
Report and document all works accordingly.
Assist in fault searching and problem solving in case of standstills to restore rides quickly.
Be pro‑active towards making adjustments, ordering spare parts and identifying problematic equipment.
Ensure safety training and compliance for the team.
Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management Team.
