Key Responsibilities
Global IT Infrastructure Management
Oversee and manage global IT infrastructure to ensure reliable performance and scalability across multiple regions, data centres, and remote offices.
Ensure integration of global systems, networks, and applications to support business growth and operations.
Advanced Technical Support
Act as the primary escalation point for complex hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and resolution for high‑level IT problems affecting global users.
System and Network Administration
Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade IT infrastructure including desktops, servers, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Administer Windows OS, Microsoft 365, ERP systems, VPNs, and networking solutions.
IT Security and Compliance
Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection standards, and regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain firewalls, antivirus systems, and encryption protocols.
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
Develop, maintain, and test disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Oversee system backups, data recovery, and conduct disaster recovery drills.
IT Asset Management
Manage the full IT asset lifecycle: procurement, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
Ensure proper licensing, inventory control, and cost optimization.
Vendor and External Coordination
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and ensure SLA compliance.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain IT documentation including SOPs, system architecture, configurations, and incident reports.
