Job summary

Micah Group in Dubai is seeking a visionary Head of IT to lead its digital transformation across multiple sites in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This high-impact role will ensure technology drives factory-floor efficiency, automation, and real-time decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT leadership experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, or fast-paced logistics.
• Strong exposure to shop-floor technology, including ERP integration, barcode/RFID solutions, and automated reporting.
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Experience with SD-WAN networking for remote sites and modern VoIP/UCaaS solutions.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to prevent downtime, solve bottlenecks early, and drive change confidently.

This is a high-impact leadership role for an IT professional who understands that technology should do more than support the business — it should drive factory-floor efficiency, automation, and real-time decision-making. Reporting directly to the COO, you will take ownership of cloud migration, ERP optimization, site connectivity, and the integration of IT with manufacturing operations.
