Job summary

Yello is seeking a senior leader to drive the enterprise IT infrastructure, networks and cloud strategy in Dubai. You will shape cybersecurity governance, incident response and disaster recovery programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management.

The role requires 7–10+ years in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity leadership, with proven project delivery and strong vendor management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 7-10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or related technology leadership roles.
• Strong expertise across networks, servers, cloud platforms, infrastructure operations and security technologies.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, ITIL and/or Microsoft Azure certification are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated project delivery, stakeholder management, leadership and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure, networks and cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity governance, incident response processes, vulnerability management programmes and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and industry best practices while proactively managing technology risk.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, security and scalability.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor service delivery and contribute to budgeting, reporting and performance optimisation initiatives
