Job summary

Client of Michael Page seeks a senior technology leader to drive enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy in a dynamic retail-focused organization in Dubai. You will design and implement resilient networks, cloud environments and security operations, while guiding governance, risk, and incident response programs.

The role requires 7-10+ years in IT infrastructure or security leadership, with certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, ITIL or Azure being highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 7-10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or related technology leadership roles.
• Strong expertise across networks, servers, cloud platforms, infrastructure operations and security technologies.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, ITIL and/or Microsoft Azure certification are highly desirable.
• Demonstrated project delivery, stakeholder management, leadership and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of enterprise IT infrastructure, networks and cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity governance, incident response, vulnerability management and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal policies while proactively managing technology risk.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations to enhance efficiency, security and scalability.
• Manage vendor relationships, monitor service delivery and contribute to budgeting and performance optimisation.
