Job summary

Outlook in Ajman, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a hands-on IT Specialist to manage IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity across head office, branches, and showrooms. You will join a large IT team reporting to the IT Manager – Infrastructure.

The role requires experience with Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, OCI, VMware, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune, plus endpoint management, data protection, backups, and DR.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant IT experience.
• Experience with Fortinet firewalls, VPNs, wireless access points, and network management.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), VMware, and server environments.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, telephony, hardware, and POS systems.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and endpoint management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Knowledge of user access management and data loss prevention (DLP).
• Experience maintaining backup and disaster recovery (DR) systems.
• Availability to join immediately is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing IT infrastructure across the head office, branches, and showrooms.
• Administering Fortinet firewalls, VPN connectivity, access points, and network systems.
• Supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, VMware environments, and servers.
• Maintaining hardware, telephony, and POS systems.
• Supporting cybersecurity controls and endpoint management.
• Administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.
• Managing user access permissions and data loss prevention controls.
• Maintaining backup systems and disaster recovery procedures.
• Coordinating with the IT Manager and wider IT team to support reliable IT operations.
