Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with leadership
• Strong hands-on expertise across cybersecurity, networking, and telephony
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise security technologies and ISO 27001

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and UC systems.
• Manage LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN, firewalls, data centres, cloud environments, and network security.
• Lead cybersecurity operations including SIEM, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, incident response, and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Oversee enterprise telephony systems including PBX, SIP trunking, VoIP, and UC platforms.
• Manage IT infrastructure projects, disaster recovery, business continuity, and technology upgrades.
• Lead technical teams, manage vendors and budgets, ensuring service availability and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide technical recommendations and strategic IT plans.
