Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks an experienced IT Audit professional to lead engagements from planning to wrap-up. You will apply risk and control concepts, develop risk-based work plans, and ensure rigorous audit techniques are used to evaluate governance, risks and controls within IT systems.

The role requires coordinating with the Audit Committee/management, developing audit programs, and guiding junior staff to deliver high-quality audit outputs consistent with internal audit

Qualifications

• Assist in initiating/promoting the establishment and continuous improvement of governance and risk frameworks.
• Develop Annual Audit Plans based on risk assessments focusing on IT risks.
• Lead IT auditors in examining records and applying IT audit techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT audit execution and develop detailed audit programs/RCMs.
• Determine auditing procedures including IS auditing techniques and data analytics.
• Ensure working papers are documented in the Audit Management System and reviewed.
• Provide input for reporting to management on audit performance and risk exposures.
• Supervise junior staff and ensure deliverables meet procedures and quality standards.
• Contribute to IT governance and control process improvements.
