We are hiring a Senior IT Applications QA Analyst for an onsite engagement in Dubai, UAE. This position is on direct company payroll with an established IT services company boasting over 30 years of operating history and 1,000+ employees. Arabic language proficiency is mandatory for this engagement to support regional client communications and localized test validation.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web and mobile applications using Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber.
• Author comprehensive test plans, BDD feature files, and test cases covering both English and Arabic localized application flows.
• Perform in-depth mobile application testing (iOS & Android) across real devices and emulators using Appium.
• Execute automated and exploratory API tests, integrating automated test suites into CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Log, triage, and track defects through Jira, collaborating closely with onsite developers and business stakeholders in Dubai.
• Validate performance, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards for mission-critical enterprise applications.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of rigorous professional experience in IT software quality assurance and automated testing.
• Proven hands-on mastery of Selenium WebDriver, Appium (mobile testing), and Cucumber (BDD).
• Language Requirement: Arabic fluency is mandatory (spoken and written) for localized QA analysis and client communication.
• Notice period requirement: Immediate joiners or candidates able to join within a maximum of 15 days.
