Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in planning and executing audits.
• Ability to engage with clients and manage expectations.
• Experience supervising junior staff and mentoring interns.
• Familiarity with AI, advanced analytics and data visualizations.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of client engagements from planning to completion
• Preparing or reviewing work papers and drafts of the financial statements
• Producing client deliverables, including management reports
• Participating in audit planning discussions to identify risks and audit strategy
• Supervising, training, and mentoring associates and interns on audit process
• Utilizing AI, advanced analytics and data visualizations
• Engaging with clients and offering strategic improvement recommendations
• Staying updated on industry trends through professional development
• Experience with complex audits and delegation of workloads
• Using audit software and Microsoft Office
• Strong IPSAS technical accounting knowledge (mandatory)
• Experience with group audits is valuable
• Ability to supervise staff and lead projects
• Willingness to work additional hours and travel as needed
