Job summary

ADNOC Drilling is seeking an investment professional to support its strategic investment activities in Abu Dhabi. You will conduct financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence for new and existing investments, including joint ventures and capital projects.

Responsibilities include preparing investment papers, building financial models (NPV/IRR), and monitoring portfolio performance while ensuring alignment with ADNOC Group governance and long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA are an advantage.
• 6 years of relevant experience in investments, corporate finance, transaction advisory, or valuation.
• Experience in energy/oil & gas, infrastructure, or industrial sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation of new investment opportunities including joint ventures and capital projects.
• Prepare financial models, valuations, and investment appraisals (NPV, IRR, sensitivity analyses).
• Assist in commercial and financial due diligence for potential investments and transactions.
• Prepare investment papers, business cases, and presentations for internal committees and senior management.
• Monitor financial and operational performance of existing investments and joint ventures vs approved plans.
• Support periodic reviews of investment portfolios including risk assessment and return analysis.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain inputs for investment analysis and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain documentation and records related to investment decisions and approvals.
