Job summary

Confidential in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Investment Associate to originate, structure, execute and place transactions under Arranging Deals in Investments guidelines. You will manage mandates end-to-end from screening to closing across project finance, private credit, private equity, structured products and digital securities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or quantitative field.
• Minimum 4 years in investment banking, private credit, private equity or capital advisory; GCC/regulatory familiarity preferred.
• Proven end-to-end deal experience from origination to close.
• Advanced financial modelling skills: three-statement, project finance, distribution waterfalls.

Responsibilities

• Originate and screen mandates with issuers, sponsors, developers and asset managers in the UAE and GCC.
• Structure terms, security packages, covenants, and prepare term sheets for approvals.
• Prepare teasers, IMs and investor materials; engage Professional Clients and manage roadshows.
• Coordinate with legal, trustees, custodians and advisers through closing.
• Lead due diligence and maintain red-flag reports and data-room reviews.
