Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in financial/investment analysis.
• Proficient in financial modelling and Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating potential investment opportunities by analysing financial statements, business models, market conditions, and competitive landscapes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess health and growth potential of target companies.
• Support due diligence including financial, operational, and market assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
• Conduct preliminary industry and market research on trends, growth drivers, risks.
• Prepare investment reports and presentations with findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with investment team and external advisors to support process.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing analysis and reporting.
• Participate in special projects to support strategic initiatives.
• Perform company valuations using DCF, comps, and precedent transactions.
