Job summary

Nathan & Nathan is hiring a Senior Inventory Support to oversee daily inventory activities, ensure ERP accuracy, and drive stock reconciliations across Dubai and Abu Dhabi facilities. The role requires regular travel between locations and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years in inventory/warehouse operations within manufacturing, strong ERP experience, and advanced Excel skills to generate insightful reports and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
  • Manufacturing industry experience mandatory; chemical/process manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong experience in inventory transactions, stock reconciliation, controls, and documentation.
  • Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.).
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
  • Experience in physical stock counting and cycle counts.
  • Willingness to travel between locations; UAE driving licence required.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily inventory activities for raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Record stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments in the ERP system.
  • Monitor inventory transactions and follow up on pending, incomplete, duplicate, or incorrect entries.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams for material movements.
  • Perform regular reconciliation between physical stock and ERP records.
  • Investigate stock variances and prepare variance reports with supporting documentation.
  • Support monthly inventory closing and reconciliation activities.
  • Coordinate scheduled physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Prepare count sheets and ensure timely reconciliations.
  • Prepare inventory reports, dashboards, and management updates.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movements, adjustments, and slow-/non-moving inventory.
  • Maintain ERP master data accuracy (codes, descriptions, UoM, locations).
  • Identify process gaps and support improvements to inventory controls and SOPs.

Senior Inventory Support

Location: Dubai, DIP. Will be required to travel to their AbuDhabi office once/few times a week.

We are hiring a Senior Inventory Support professional to support day-to-day inventory operations, ERP accuracy, stock reconciliation, reporting, and inventory controls within a manufacturing environment.

This role is based in Dubai & Abu Dhabi and requires regular travel between warehouse and production locations.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
  • Candidates from a chemical manufacturing setup or similar process-manufacturing environment will be highly preferred.
  • Strong experience in inventory transactions, stock reconciliation, inventory controls, and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data analysis.
  • Experience in physical stock counting and cycle count processes.
  • Experience managing inventory across multiple production sites is preferred.
  • Valid UAE driving licence is required.
  • Ability and willingness to travel between warehouse and production locations as operationally required.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, communication skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily inventory activities for raw materials, packaging materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
  • Ensure all stock receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments are accurately recorded in the ERP system.
  • Monitor inventory transactions and follow up on pending, incomplete, duplicate, or incorrect entries.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely movement of materials.
  • Perform regular reconciliation between physical stock and ERP records.
  • Investigate stock variances, identify root causes, and prepare variance reports with supporting documentation.
  • Support monthly inventory closing and reconciliation activities.
  • Coordinate and support scheduled physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Prepare count sheets, record physical count differences, and ensure reconciliations are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, dashboards, and management updates.
  • Monitor and report on inventory accuracy, stock movements, adjustments, pending transactions, cycle-count status, and slow-/non-moving inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records for goods receipts, material issues, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.
  • Ensure all inventory adjustments have the required approvals and supporting documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing inventory reports and documentation as required.
  • Maintain ERP master-data accuracy, including item codes, descriptions, units of measurement, and warehouse locations.
  • Identify process gaps and support improvements to inventory controls, reporting, automation, SOPs, and work instructions.
