Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or construction discipline.
• Minimum 10–12 years procurement experience in construction.
• Strong background in civil materials procurement and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Procure civil materials and related services for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
• Source major finishing materials including aluminium, steel, marble, joinery, and related products.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to align specifications, quantities and delivery schedules.
• Develop international sourcing strategies and evaluate suppliers for technical and commercial suitability.
• Negotiate prices, terms, warranties, and delivery with suppliers.
