Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced American Board-certified Consultant in Internal Medicine to join a premier Dubai healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will diagnose and manage complex adult medical conditions across inpatient and outpatient settings.

You will lead clinical decision-making, collaborate with subspecialists, supervise residents, and contribute to audits, education, and quality initiatives while upholding patient safety and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD/MBChB or equivalent medical degree.
• American Board Certification in Internal Medicine is mandatory.
• Valid UAE professional license or eligibility for licensing in Dubai.
• Good standing with the relevant medical licensing authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of adult patients.
• Manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Collaborate with subspecialists and coordinate referrals.
• Lead clinical decision-making and case discussions.
• Supervise residents and junior medical staff.
• Promote preventive healthcare and appropriate screening.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement, and continuing medical education.
