Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East invites an experienced Consultant Internal Medicine Physician to join a leading healthcare organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate holds American Board Certification in Internal Medicine and UAE licensing eligibility, with a track record in diagnosing and managing complex adult medical conditions in hospital or multispecialty settings.

Qualifications

• MBBS/MD/MBChB or equivalent medical degree is required.
• American Board Certification in Internal Medicine is mandatory.
• Valid UAE professional license or eligibility for licensing in Dubai is required.
• Good standing with the relevant medical licensing authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level assessment, diagnosis, and follow-up of adult patients.
• Manage a broad range of acute and chronic medical conditions across hospital settings.
• Develop evidence-based, individualized treatment plans for complex cases.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with subspecialists as needed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical meetings.
• Support teaching, supervision, and mentoring of residents and junior staff.
