Job summary

Mohamed Hareb Al Otaiba Group seeks a Senior Manager Internal Audit to lead the day-to-day delivery of the Internal Audit plan across the group. You will plan and run engagements, review team work, and provide independent assurance on risk, controls and governance in business units.

The role also helps build the methodology, templates and quality standards from the start, coordinating with Group Head Internal Audit and senior management in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• CIA/CPA/ACCA/CA/CISA (CIA preferred).
• 10–12 years in internal or external audit or risk, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, scope and lead engagements in the annual Internal Audit across the group.
• Prepare engagement plans, risk/control matrices and audit programmes, and manage time and budget.
• Perform and supervise fieldwork, testing controls in key areas.
• Draft audit reports with root causes, risk ratings and recommendations; track actions.
• Help develop audit methodology, templates and QA programme; support risk assessment.
