Job summary

Juma Al Majid Holding Group L.L.C. is seeking a Senior Auditor in Dubai to plan, execute, supervise and oversee audit activities. The role ensures detailed reviews of working papers and audit reports in line with the Internal Audit Manual and IPPF standards.

The Senior Internal Audit will manage risk assessments, prepare audit plans, identify control weaknesses, gather evidence, and present corrective actions in exit meetings, coordinating with management and the audit team.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate in Accounting or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
• Internationally recognized accounting/auditing qualifications like CA CIA CFE CPA ACCA CISA CMA.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, supervise and oversee audit activities.
• Carry out risk assessment of all functional units and prepare risk-based audit plan.
• Identify weaknesses in controls and processes and propose improvements.
• Ensure working papers are properly prepared with clear evidence to support conclusions.
• Assess compliance with IAS, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Develop action plans and present findings in exit meetings.
• Lead audit team to execute audits and communicate with management to improve deficiencies.
• Support QA by performing supervised internal reviews to maintain IPPF conformance.
