Bybit Limited is seeking a highly skilled Internal Audit Lead to join its global audit function. You will design risk-based audit plans, lead end-to-end engagements, and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions in the crypto and financial services space.

The role requires deep expertise in governance, risk and controls, with the ability to present findings to the Board. You will leverage data analytics, including SQL and AI-driven techniques, and collaborate with Compliance, Risk and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in internal auditing or compliance in financial services, fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, risk management practices, and IIA standards.
• Experience leading regulatory or external audit reviews, with cross‑border scope.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency exchange operations, blockchain, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with senior management.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English for business usage.

Mansioni

• Design and execute risk-based internal audit plans aligned with strategy, regulatory requirements and emerging risks.
• Evaluate governance frameworks, risk management processes, and internal controls across operational, financial, and compliance areas.
• Lead and oversee internal audit engagements per IIA standards and internal methodology.
• Draft high-quality audit reports communicating findings, root causes, and recommendations to management and Board.
• Monitor remediation of audit issues and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Leverage data analytics, including SQL-based extraction and AI-driven tools to enhance testing and monitoring.
• Apply advanced analytics to identify patterns and emerging risks and stay ahead of regulatory developments in crypto, DeFi, and blockchain.
• Build relationships with Compliance, Risk and Finance across global functions.
