Bybit in Dubai seeks an experienced Internal Audit Expert to lead risk-based audits across jurisdictions, ensuring regulatory compliance and providing assurance to senior management and the Board. The role combines governance, risk, and controls with data analytics using SQL and AI tools, requiring strong collaboration with Compliance and Finance teams worldwide.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years of audit experience; CPA/CIA/CISA preferred; English and

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of internal audit or compliance experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management, and IIA standards.
• Experience leading regulatory or external audit reviews across cross-border engagements.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency exchanges, blockchain, and related regulatory frameworks (global & regional).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to present to senior management.
• Proficient in English and Chinese for business use.
