Qualifications

• Fit Out / Joinery experience mandatory.
• Post & Pre contracts
• Preparation/Review of preliminary & detailed Cost estimate
• Evaluation of tenders, LOI/Contract Agreement and Post tendering works
• Preparing periodical claims/reports, Follow up for Variations.

Responsibilities

• Preparing/Reviewing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
• Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
• Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
• Performing risk, value management and cost control.
• Preparing and analysing costing for tenders.
• Advising on the maintenance costs of specific project.
• Assessment of variation.
• Cost management and reconciliation, budgetary control/developer’s budget.
• Preparing periodic claims / reports & variations.
