Job summary

Interni in Dubai seeks a technical Estimator / Quantity Surveyor focused on interior fit-out and bespoke joinery for luxury projects. You will own the estimation cycle from take-offs to BOQs, translating AutoCAD drawings into reliable estimates under tight deadlines.

Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and commercial competitiveness in every tender, while maintaining rate databases for the UAE market and supporting value engineering

Qualifications

3–7 years in interior fit-out or joinery estimation (UAE/GCC experience required).
Advanced AutoCAD with ability to extract quantities and verify shop drawings.
Excel mastery: formulas, lookups, pivot tables, cost sheets.
Familiar with ERP/estimating tools (Odoo, SAP or equivalent).
Knowledge of joinery manufacturing processes and fit-out materials.

Responsibilities

Conduct detailed quantity take-offs from AutoCAD drawings and tender documents.
Build accurate BOQs and cost models including materials, fabrication, labor and site prelims.
Review design drawings and IFC docs for accuracy and consistency.
Lead RFQ processes, collect, normalize quotations and negotiate with suppliers.
Prepare complete bid submissions with basis-of-estimate notes.
Support value engineering without compromising design integrity.
Maintain and update material, labor and supplier rate databases for UAE market.
Coordinate with design and technical teams for clarifications and RFIs.
Assist in project handovers with final cost breakdowns and budgets.
