Job summary

Sunreef Yachts Eco seeks an experienced Interior Engineering Team Leader to head the interior engineering team and oversee technical and production implementation of yacht interiors. The role demands strong yacht-industry experience, leadership, and ability to coordinate design, engineering, production, and procurement.

You will manage task allocation, review technical documentation, and ensure delivery of high-quality, production-ready interiors while maintaining project schedules and client

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the yacht industry, preferably in interior engineering or outfitting.
• Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of yacht interior construction, materials, and installation methods.
• Proficient with 3D modelling and engineering documentation, and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organise, and coordinate the activities of the Interior Engineering team.
• Review 3D models, 2D drawings, and production details before release to production.
• Ensure design requirements translate into feasible, production-ready solutions.
• Maintain communication with interior designers, architects, project managers, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Production to align materials with project schedules.
• Monitor progress and resolve technical and production issues to meet deadlines.
• Provide guidance to junior and senior engineers and improve workflows.
