Job summary

Danube Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced interior drafter to translate concepts into precise AutoCAD drawings for detailed fit-out projects. You will create layout plans, partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, elevations, and shop drawings for site execution.

Coordinate with designers, MEP and structural teams, ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality standards, incorporate consultant comments, provide site clarifications, attend meetings, and deliver as-built drawings at project

Qualifications

Experience in interior fit-out drafting and detailing.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and architectural drawings.
Knowledge of local regulations and building standards in Dubai.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed interior fit-out drawings including layout plans, partition plans, ceiling plans, flooring layouts, joinery details, elevations and shop drawings.
Convert concept designs and sketches into precise AutoCAD drawings for execution.
Develop construction drawings for site use and ensure alignment with concepts and specifications.
Coordinate with interior designers, Architects, MEP and structural teams to resolve coordination issues and ensure drawable coordination.
Incorporate consultant and authority comments into revised drawings and provide clarifications to site teams.
Attend site meetings to resolve design and execution issues and prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
