Job summary

Danube Group is seeking a skilled draftsman to prepare interior fit-out drawings, develop shop and construction drawings, and coordinate with design and engineering teams. You will convert concepts into precise AutoCAD drawings while ensuring compliance with Dubai regulations and project standards.

Site- and office-based responsibilities include producing as-built drawings and maintaining rigorous documentation, with timely delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in creating detailed interior fit-out drawings.
Ability to coordinate with Interior Designers, Architects, MEP and Structure teams.
Strong drawing accuracy and version control discipline.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed interior fit-out drawings including layout plans, partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery and elevations.
Convert concept designs into precise AutoCAD drawings.
Develop shop and construction drawings for site execution.
Ensure drawings comply with local regulations (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense).
Coordinate with design and engineering teams to resolve coordination issues.
Incorporate consultant comments and provide clarifications to site teams.
Attend site meetings to resolve design and execution issues.
Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
Maintain high drafting standards and documentation logs.
Deliver drawings on time per project timelines.

Job description

Prepare detailed interior fit-out drawings including, Layout plans, Partition and reflected ceiling plans, Flooring layouts, Joinery and millwork details, Furniture layouts, Elevations and detailed drawings.

Convert concept designs and sketches into precise AutoCAD drawings.

Develop shop drawings and construction drawings for site execution.

Ensure drawings are aligned with approved design concepts and specifications.

Coordinate with Interior Designers, Architects, MEP, and Structural teams to resolve coordination issues and ensure coordinated drawings.

Ensure drawings comply with, Local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.), Project standards and company guidelines.

Incorporate consultant and authority comments into revised drawings.

Provide drawing clarifications and technical support to site teams.

Attend site meetings when required to resolve design and execution issues.

Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.

Maintain high drafting standards, accuracy, and consistency across all drawings.

Manage drawing revisions, version control, and documentation logs.

Ensure timely delivery of drawings as per project timelines.
