The Senior Architect will manage architectural design and coordination across all phases of residential and hospitality projects, ensuring high‑quality standards, timely delivery, and full alignment with Azizi’s design vision.

Role Summary

The Senior Architect is responsible for managing and executing architectural design works from concept to completion, providing strong leadership, design coordination, and technical expertise to oversee GFC drawings, shop drawings, and site coordination while maintaining compliance with design standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage architectural design activities throughout all project stages.
• Prepare and maintain GFC drawing logs and RFP trackers.
• Coordinate with structural, façade, landscape, MEP, waterproofing, and interior design teams.
• Prepare and respond to RFIs and ensure timely communication with design teams.
• Supervise draftsmen and review all shop drawings for technical accuracy and compliance.
• Review and approve shop drawings via INAXUS for final consultant submission.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical Manager and HOD to ensure timely project delivery.
• Support the design team in material selection and approval processes.
• Ensure proper documentation, quality assurance, and coordination with contractors.
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external project stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor team members, promoting effective workflow and accountability.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 8–12 years of architectural experience, including residential and hospitality projects.
• Strong creative design and technical detailing skills.
• Excellent understanding of construction methods and project coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and related architectural software.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
