Position Overview

High-Rise Residential Interior Designer - Luxury Projects will contribute to the design and execution of premium residential towers and mixed‑use developments in Dubai. Reporting to the Interior Design Manager within a multidisciplinary Design Studio, this role focuses on concept development, technical documentation, and full‑cycle delivery of high‑rise residential interiors aligned with international standards and UAE design codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and presentation materials for high‑rise residential projects
• Prepare detailed design documentation including GA drawings, RCPs, sections, elevations, construction details, and millwork packages
• Coordinate with architecture, MEP, and structural teams to ensure design intent is preserved throughout project phases
• Assist in preparation and review of DD and IFC packages to high technical standards
• Work on residential and F and B projects with exposure to retail environments as an added advantage
• Design within approved budgets and support cost optimization where required
• Contribute to development of hotel and residential design guidelines and rollout standards
• Manage assigned projects across concept, design development, and construction documentation stages
• Ensure compliance with regional design codes and contract documentation standards
• Liaise with suppliers and review FF and E and OSE specifications
• Conduct QA and QC checks to maintain high-quality output
• Flag potential delays, risks, or cost concerns to reporting authorities promptly
• Participate in internal meetings, workshops, and coordination reviews
• Maintain professional communication and accountability for deliverables
• Support mentoring and development of junior team members
