Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai seeks a creative and technically skilled Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer to transform concepts into high-quality visuals and build-out-ready designs for interior fit-out and real-estate development projects in the UAE.

You will develop concepts, produce detailed drawings, and create photorealistic renderings using 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, and AutoCAD, while coordinating with procurement, site teams, and clients to ensure design intent is realized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Communication or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of interior design and 3D visualization experience in UAE or GCC.
• Strong proficiency in 2D/3D modeling and rendering tools; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, finishes and FF&E schedules.
• Produce detailed 2D drawings (plans, elevations, sections) and construction docs.
• Create photorealistic 3D visuals and walkthroughs for client presentations.
• Coordinate with procurement, production planning and site teams to align on materials and finishes.
• Stay updated on UAE/GCC design standards and trends.
• Present concepts to clients and internal stakeholders and refine per feedback.
• Maintain asset libraries, render files, version control, and revisit iterations as needed.
• Support design team on-site or in-office during reviews and inspections.
