Job summary

Imaker Group in Dubai is seeking a Senior 3D Modeler to develop high-quality 3D models and interior visualizations for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. You will collaborate with the Design Head and project teams to translate concepts into presentation-ready models.

The role requires expertise in SketchUp and AutoCAD, strong understanding of materials and lighting, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining design intent and technical accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a 3D Modeler/Spatial Visualizer in luxury spaces.
• GCC project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop 3D models of luxury spaces from sketches and CAD files.
• Translate design briefs into presentation-ready models.
• Develop interior layouts, space planning, and material palettes.
• Create realistic materials, lighting studies, and renderings.
• Collaborate with Design Head to align with design intent.
• Support junior team members and assist in client proposals.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Stay updated on trends and technologies in interior visualization.
