Job summary

Dubai Hospitality Interior Design Studio is seeking an Interior Designer or Senior Interior Designer to join their growing Dubai-based team. You will lead and deliver hospitality projects from concept to completion, taking ownership of design packages and working closely with clients and consultants.

Working with the Design Director and creative team, you will develop concepts, mood boards, material palettes and FF&E selections, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality creative

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or related discipline.
• Proven hospitality interior design experience.
• Experience delivering projects internationally.
• Strong portfolio of hotel, resort or hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

We are working with a highly regarded specialist hospitality interior design practice in Dubai that is experiencing an exciting period of growth. Having recently secured a couple of significant new hotel projects, they are now looking to appoint a Interior Designer OR Senior Interior Designer to strengthen their growing team.

Working closely with the Design Director, you will play a key role in leading and delivering projects from the earliest concept stages through to completion. You will have the opportunity to take real ownership of design packages, collaborate with clients and consultants, and help deliver creative, high-quality hospitality environments.

The Role:

• Lead and contribute to the design of high-end hospitality projects from concept through to completion
• Work closely with the Design Director and wider creative team
• Develop strong design concepts, mood boards, material palettes and FF&E selections
• Take projects through schematic, detailed design and technical stages
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
• Support and mentor junior members of the interior design team
• Ensure designs are delivered to the highest creative and technical standards

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Interior Design or a related discipline
• Proven experience working on hospitality interior design projects
• Experience delivering projects internationally
• Good knowledge of FF&E and suppliers
• Strong experience across the full project lifecycle, from concept design through to site and completion
• A creative and commercially aware designer with a strong eye for detail
• Excellent presentation, communication and client-facing skills
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality hotel, resort or hospitality projects
