Job summary

Kristina Zanic Consultants is seeking a Projects Manager to lead multiple interior design projects from concept to handover in Dubai. You will coordinate designers, architects, and consultants, manage budgets, and ensure quality and timely deliverables across client-driven briefs.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, procurement, and compliance with company ISO standards while mentoring staff and driving initiatives that foster a creative, high-performance studio environment.

Qualifications

• Proven post-contract experience on interior architecture/design projects, including construction-stage coordination.
• Hands-on site experience in interior architecture/design with understanding of construction, site execution, quality control, coordination.
• Experience coordinating site and off-site teams, ensuring clear communication and timely transfer of design and information.
• Senior level management experience with supervision of people and resources.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple interior design projects from start to finish with defined scope, budget, and schedule.
• Manage design teams and consultants, ensuring clear communication and timely progress reviews.
• Act as primary point of contact with clients, maintaining expectations and delivering exceptional service.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure buildable and compliant solutions.
• Oversee project documentation, QA, and post-contract activities to ensure on-time delivery.
