Job summary

ATI Consultants, Architects & Engineers in Dubai is seeking an Interior Design Manager to lead the interior design process across projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client expectations, and deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget.

The role requires a strong leadership presence, excellent communication, and a comprehensive command of design software and industry standards to ensure seamless integration with architecture and MEP disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor and preferably postgraduate degree in interior design or architecture.
• 18+ years of interior design experience in high-profile consultancy.
• 8+ years UAE consultancy experience.
• Strong portfolio across high-rise, mixed-use, luxury projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead interior design team from concept to site execution.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and client meetings.
• Ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality targets.
• Review drawings, specs, and FF&E coordination.
• Manage procurement, samples, and contractor liaison.
• Stay updated with trends and innovations.
