Sundus seeks a Sr. Complaints Handler - IDR in Abu Dhabi to manage and resolve complex consumer complaints against insurance companies with fairness and timeliness. The role supports the Complaints Manager and drives improvements in complaint handling.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a similar role, with strong Arabic and English language skills and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Insurance/Finance or related discipline.

• Experience in the UAE insurance market and regulatory environment preferred.
• Arabic and English language proficiency required.
