Marsh is expanding its UAE sales teams and seeks experienced business development professionals across executive to manager levels. The role focuses on hunting new B2B opportunities in insurance and risk solutions, with a hybrid Dubai office and strong emphasis on building market presence and engaging senior decision-makers.

Formación

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in UAE.
• Insurance sales experience or related financial services experience preferred.
• Proven ability to win new business through direct outreach and relationship building.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Build and convert a pipeline of new UAE opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Identify target clients and design go-to-market approaches.
• Represent Marsh at client meetings and industry events.
• Develop relationships and position Marsh's insurance and risk capabilities.
• Prepare and present proposals to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with medical and non-medical specialists and maintain CRM records.
• Aim to exceed sales goals and hand over won business to servicing teams.
