Job summary

ADNOC Abu Dhabi UAE is hiring an Instrumentation Reliability Engineer in Al Ruways Industrial City, responsible for optimizing maintenance strategies across Borouge plants. Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation Engineering and 8 years of experience within the oil and gas industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of total experience in maintenance within petrochemical, oil and gas industries.
• At least 4 years as Senior Engineer in reliability engineering and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience as Reliability Engineer in instrumentation and control systems.
• Deep understanding of maintenance strategies, equipment reliability, and plant instrumentation performance.
• Good knowledge of HSE policies applicable to petrochemical and chemical operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate Reliability Centered Maintenance and Instrument Protective Function analysis.
• Develop and improve predictive, preventive, and major maintenance programs.
• Lead equipment failure investigations for instrumentation-related incidents.
• Provide technical guidelines for Root Cause Analysis methodology.
• Develop and implement the Reliability Management System for Instrumentation Engineering.
• Establish and manage reliability threat databases.
