Job summary

Worley is seeking a Lead I&C Engineer to provide advanced instrumentation and control expertise for ADNOC projects in FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPC, and PMC phases. The role emphasizes design review, technical assurance, and interface management across disciplines.

You will lead deliverables for DCS/ESD/FG systems, coordinate with EPC contractors, and support HAZOP/SIL workshops, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes. Offshore experience is valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering; 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical.
Minimum 5 years in a similar position on major Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects with team leadership.
ADNOC project experience is required; offshore experience is required.
FEED & EPC phases experience required.

Responsibilities

Lead instrumentation and control engineering deliverables for oil & gas projects.
Review and approve Instrument Index, I/O List, control philosophies, datasheets and drawings.
Coordinate with multiple disciplines and review system integration philosophies.
Support HAZOP, SIL, constructability and design review workshops; ensure ADNOC standard compliance.
