Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Infrastructure (Buildings & Roads) to lead projects from tender through execution in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong leadership, broad technical knowledge, and proven ability to deliver within scope, time, cost, and quality targets in a complex environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, PMP or equivalent, and at least 15 years in infrastructure project management, with capability to coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline).
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-tender and post-tender stages, ensuring alignment with scope, time, cost and quality requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation) across tendering and execution.
• Review tender documents, prepare technical proposals, methodologies and execution strategies.
• Monitor progress, budget and resources; implement corrective actions when required.
• Oversee engineering deliverables, procurement activities and construction progress.
• Manage RFIs, variations, and change orders; ensure QA, HSE and proper documentation.
