KBR is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Infrastructure (Buildings & Roads) based in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on leading tendering, planning, and execution across multidisciplinary teams to deliver contractual commitments on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in infrastructure project management, with PMP and strong leadership and communication skills. This is an on‑site, executive‑level position in the UAE.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Problem‑solving and risk management capabilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Pre‑Tender Stage: review documents, lead technical proposals and cost estimates.
• Post‑Tender Stage: lead project kick-off and handover to execution team.
• Coordinate with civil, mechanical, electrical & instrumentation teams.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries, variations and change orders.
• Ensure quality assurance, HSE compliance, and proper documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Support commissioning, testing and project close‑out activities.
