Job summary

Dubai Holding Community Management is seeking a Senior Manager - Infrastructure to lead infrastructure operations across premier Dubai communities. You will oversee utilities, landscaping, and public realm assets, ensuring quality and compliance with FM standards.

You will manage budgets, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and relationships with service providers, driving cost efficiency while leading a high-performance team. A strong engineering background and proven contractor oversight are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 8+ years in infrastructure construction and 4+ years in maintenance management or equivalent.
• Proven experience managing contractors/third-party service providers in community or property management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee infrastructure and landscaping operations across communities, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and provider performance.
• Lead tendering and procurement planning for infrastructure services with procurement coordination.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure compliance with service quality standards.
