Dubai Holding Community Management seeks an Engineer - Infrastructure to lead inspections and ongoing maintenance of critical facilities in Dubai. You will oversee drainage, irrigation, sewage systems, and road networks while supervising projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

You will coordinate with service providers, manage contracts, and support budget preparation. A strong background in civil/electrical/mechanical engineering, project leadership, and communication skills

Formación

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Strong project management and budgeting skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are needed for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to review technical documents and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and monitor assigned assets and major maintenance tasks.
• Oversee drainage, irrigation, and sewage systems projects and ensure timely completion.
• Supervise roads, lighting, water features, and park infrastructure maintenance.
