Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in server administration, virtualization, cloud platforms, networking, security, backup solutions, and infrastructure monitoring.

Your responsibilities will include managing the infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security of business-critical systems. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Administration/Engineering.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Experience in managing hybrid cloud environments and enterprise‑grade systems.
• Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain server, network, and cloud infrastructure.
• Administer Active Directory, user access, group policies, and security controls.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Manage virtualization platforms, cloud resources, and storage environments.
• Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations.
• Implement patch management and system upgrades across infrastructure components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, network, and application‑related issues.
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and business continuity requirements are met.
• Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Support capacity planning and infrastructure optimization initiatives.
