Lloyds Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to own end-to-end infrastructure delivery in Dubai. The role requires leading owner-side teams, coordinating consultants and contractors, and ensuring scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality align with the business plan.

You will manage development, utility connections, design, procurement and construction, and report to senior management and investors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project delivery including PM/Senior PM with full responsibility for scope, schedule, cost and outcomes.
• Direct owner-side delivery experience within property development or master developer.
• Experience with electricity utilities or grid operators (TSO/DSO) and energization.

Responsabilités

• Own the owner’s project lead for development and delivery across all phases.
• Lead design, procurement, construction and handover with governance and decision processes.
• Manage project budget, schedule, risk, and reporting to senior management and investors.
