Job summary

Expo City Dubai is seeking a Senior Manager - Infrastructure Execution to lead the delivery of roads, utilities and public realm works within the Expo City development. You will manage project teams, contractors and interfaces with design, procurement and authorities to ensure safety, schedule and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of infrastructure delivery experience.
• Experience in the UAE is essential, in consultancy or client representative roles.
• Knowledge of principal forms of contract and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution strategy for infrastructure works to align with development plans and milestones.
• Monitor budgets, schedules and quality across roads, utilities and public realm.
• Coordinate with design, planning, commercial teams, contractors, consultants and authorities.
• Lead and manage the infrastructure execution team and provide mentorship.
• Oversee site inspections, risk mitigation and contract administration.
