Job summary

Apparel Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to lead enterprise infrastructure services across data centre, cloud, security, identity, and end-user platforms. You will be the top technical escalation point for Workplace Technology, ensuring availability, security, performance and continuous improvement of global IT infrastructure.

You will oversee VMware, storage, AD, Microsoft 365, endpoint and email security, backup and DR, cloud platforms (Azure and OCI), and patch

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of infrastructure engineering or enterprise platforms experience.
• Strong background in Microsoft technologies, virtualization, storage, cloud, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing backup, recovery, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain VMware infrastructure (vCenter, ESXi, HA/DRS) and lifecycle.
• Administer physical and virtual servers ensuring high availability and security compliance.
• Oversee Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 across thousands of users.
• Lead backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Drive infrastructure modernization and patch management across multi-site environment.
• Mentor engineers and maintain documentation.
