Job summary

Egis is seeking an Engineer – Implementation & Constructability to translate master-plans into practical buildable strategies for large-scale mixed-use developments. You will deliver sequencing, phasing and constructability input, working under the Implementation Manager to produce actionable reports and metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural or Construction Engineering (or related discipline).
• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience on large building/infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on exposure to two of: construction planning/phasing, constructability/methodology, site logistics, or contract packaging.
• Sound knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and site logistics on large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Review master‑plan and design information for buildability and flag conflicts early.
• Develop and compare construction methodologies (top‑down, bottom‑up, etc.).
• Provide constructability input to designers and support value engineering.
• Prepare 2D (and 4D) phasing plans showing sequencing of assets and roads.
• Develop sequencing and line‑of‑balance logic for efficient progress.
• Keep phasing aligned to project programme and design revisions.
• Plan construction logistics and land‑take zones; manage haul and temporary roads.
• Develop traffic management and delivery strategies for multi‑contractor sites.
• Develop implementation metrics using project data and regional benchmarks.
