You will act as Lead Design Consultant, the single point of accountability for multi-disciplinary design delivery across architectural, MEP, ELV, civil, and structural workstreams, from pre-concept to site close-out.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of MEP design experience with leadership roles.
• 0
• Experience on data centre or mission-critical projects across full lifecycle.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and bids as LDC.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, BS, and NFPA standards.
• Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering; Chartered preferred.
• BIM/Revit proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Act as LDC point of contact for architectural, MEP, ELV, civil, structural, and specialist design workstreams.
• Lead multi-disciplinary bids from LDC-stages through appointment.
• Own the full design lifecycle from pre-concept and FEED through detailed design, IFC, and site close-out.
• Drive each design gateway, maintaining programme and technical ownership.
• Serve as the client’s primary design interface—accountable for quality, coordination, and delivery.
• Contribute to business development and pre-FEED client engagement as the practice grows.
