Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant in ICU and Critical Care Medicine based in Dubai. The role requires at least 5 to 7 years of post-board consultant experience in a high-acuity setting, focusing on advanced care for critically ill adult patients.

The ideal candidate will possess a medical degree and board certification in Critical Care Medicine along with strong expertise in mechanical ventilation, sepsis management, and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of post-board consultant experience in ICU or Critical Care Medicine.
• Strong expertise in mechanical ventilation and sepsis management.
• Board certification or an equivalent recognized qualification in Critical Care Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-acuity adult patients with complex medical and surgical conditions.
• Perform advanced airway management including endotracheal intubation.
• Lead daily multidisciplinary ICU rounds and coordinate treatment plans.
