Allocation Assist Middle East invites an experienced Consultant Critical Care Specialist - ICU to join our Dubai-based team. You will lead complex ICU care, coordinate multidisciplinary rounds, and drive high standards of patient safety and outcomes in a busy tertiary hospital.

The role demands 5–7 years post‑board experience, expertise in mechanical ventilation, sepsis management, and advanced monitoring. A Dubai DHA license eligibility is required, with formal board certification in Critical

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent with board/fellowship in Critical Care required.
• 5–7 years post-board consultant experience in critical care medicine.
• Eligibility for Dubai Health Authority Consultant licence required.
• Experience with ECMO, bronchoscopy, and advanced monitoring would strengthen an application.

Responsabilités

• Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients admitted to intensive care.
• Provide advanced life support for respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, trauma, and multi‑organ dysfunction.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and review labs, imaging, hemodynamic, and microbiology findings.
• Develop individualized critical care plans based on diagnosis, organ function, priorities, and response.
• Manage invasive and non‑invasive mechanical ventilation.
• Perform endotracheal intubation and advanced airway management within privileges.
• Insert and manage central venous catheters and arterial lines.
• Perform bronchoscopy where trained and credentialed.
• Use bedside ultrasound to support diagnostic assessment and guidance.
• Coordinate renal replacement therapy in collaboration with nephrology.
• Lead multidisciplinary ICU rounds and supervise ICU staff.
• Ensure compliance with DHA requirements, infection control, and patient safety.
